Locally owned Prairie Winds is nestled in a small town with a feeling of family and country living. We love that we can walk outside and watch harvest taking place or local teams practicing sports. In addition, we love our community volunteers who embrace our family with their time and talents.

We train our team of caregivers to meet the unique needs of each resident. We want our residents to feel a sense of belonging. It’s our goal that each person feels safe & well cared for.

Sharing the Joys of Life

Serving 3 delicious home cooked meals a day. We encourage families to join their loved ones for a meal in our private family dining room.
Celebrating birthdays, each resident chooses their birthday dinner. We want residents to feel extra special.
Offering spiritual growth opportunities from community clergy on a weekly basis from bible studies and group worship to one on one time. We want to provide a supportive environment.
Creating a variety of social activities, residents have lots of opportunities to interact and meet new friends or reacquaint with old friends in the Prairie Winds community. It’s more than just an apartment it’s a place you can call home.
